If you are reporting a tracker or website problem, it helps to include:

  • the satellite or mission name;

  • a screenshot if relevant;
  • a short description of what you expected to happen;
  • a description of what actually happened.

Please do not send passwords, payment information or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Satellite or Data Corrections

If you believe a satellite name, NORAD identification number, mission description, orbital display or other piece of information is incorrect, please contact us and identify the affected page.

Because SpaceTracker.live relies partly on external orbital and ephemeris data sources, some differences may be caused by data-source updates or normal orbital propagation.
